We’re currently looking for motivated individuals to support clients with planning, scheduling, communication, and coordination in a fully remote environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Communicating with clients and providing timely updates

• Managing schedules, confirmations, and important details

• Keeping client information organized and accurate

• Supporting the planning process from beginning to end

• Helping ensure each client has a smooth, positive experience

No prior industry experience is required. Training, guidance, and ongoing support are provided.
