We’re looking for a curious, organized, and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support research projects, data collection, analysis, and reporting across a range of business, academic, scientific, or industry-focused initiatives. In this role, you will assist with gathering and analyzing information, conducting literature and market research, maintaining research documentation, and preparing reports and presentations. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers, analysts, project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure research activities are accurate, well-organized, and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities
- Support research projects from planning and data collection through analysis and reporting.
- Conduct primary and secondary research using reliable academic, industry, market, and online sources.
- Collect, organize, clean, and maintain quantitative and qualitative research data.
- Conduct literature reviews, background research, competitor analysis, and industry research as required.
- Assist with designing surveys, questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, and other research activities.
- Analyze research findings and identify relevant trends, patterns, relationships, and insights.
- Support data entry, statistical analysis, data validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Prepare research reports, summaries, presentations, charts, tables, and data visualizations.
- Maintain accurate research records, databases, references, documentation, and project files.
- Assist researchers and senior team members with project planning, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external researchers, subject matter experts, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure research activities follow relevant procedures, ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and data protection practices.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, research activities, and deliverables.
- Assist with preparing research findings and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated with relevant research methodologies, analytical tools, technologies, and industry developments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance research quality, efficiency, documentation, and analytical capabilities.

- Strong interest in research, data analysis, information gathering, and problem-solving.
- Strong research and information literacy skills with the ability to identify credible and relevant sources.
- Good understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with research, survey, statistical, or data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, or research methodologies is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling research data and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple research tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new research topics and methodologies.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business, Social Sciences, Psychology, Economics, Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Research, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant internships, academic research projects, research experience, or professional certifications are advantageous.
