What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Deliver quality assurance reviews in a timely manner, communicating clear results to management
Collaborate with team leaders to understand quality assurance requirements for new initiatives
Analyze data to identify process improvement and training opportunities
Act as a liaison between Revenue Centers and Corporate functions to address questions and concerns
Provide consistent feedback to Revenue Cycle teams to foster open communication about processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree required
3-5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
Strong working knowledge of revenue cycle concepts, practices, and procedures
Proficient in Windows-based software applications (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong analytical skills for compiling, reviewing, interpreting, and reporting data
