About the Role
A nationally recognized leader in manufacturing and quality improvement is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their QA & Continuous Improvement team. This role will play a crucial part in leading ISO-9001 implementation and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement best practices in Quality Assurance and Manufacturing.
Assist in developing Quality Process Strategy and identifying improvement opportunities.
Evaluate and interpret Quality Management System (QMS) requirements to create robust procedures.
Act as a technical resource for Quality Inspectors and senior leadership.
Lead and facilitate projects from High-Performance Team Boards.
Oversee ISO-9001 quality management system installation and implementation.
Support manufacturing, product, and customer quality processes to drive process improvements.
Apply root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality control systems.
Facilitate and communicate process flows for stakeholders and teams.
Build relationships with leadership to influence culture through change management.
Manage projects using proactive project management skills and risk mitigation techniques.
Qualifications
Required:
Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering or related field).
Manufacturing Engineering experience.
Expertise in ISO-9000 and internal auditing.
Strong ability to design and implement quality solutions with minimal oversight.
Proven leadership in development efforts and guiding teams to achieve operational results.
Willingness to travel 25-50%.
Preferred:
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or CORE methodologies.
