Responsibilities
- Work as part of an agile scrum team, collaborating closely with developers and implementation teams across customer projects.
- Lead and execute end-to-end testing activities including functional, regression, performance, cross-browser, and cross-platform testing.
- Validate end-to-end Salesforce business processes and integrations.
- Write and execute structured test cases based on defined methodologies (manual; automation if applicable).
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Development, and Support teams to ensure successful delivery with high-quality standards.
Qualifications
· Minimum 4 years of hands-on QA experience, including testing methodologies and documentation standards (STP, STD, STR).
· Team Lead experience.
· Hands-on QA experience with Salesforce – minimum 2+ years – must.
· Experience with Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSL) – advantage.
· Experience working in Lightning (preferred).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
·Independent, proactive, ability to multitask, and deliver under timelines.
· Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English).
