We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Test Manager with over 12 years of expertise in managing end-to-end testing for SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP modules (ECC, S4HANA), test strategy development, team leadership, and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the overall SAP testing strategy, including unit, integration, system, regression, and UAT phases.
- Lead and manage cross-functional testing teams across multiple SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, EWM, PLM).
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure test coverage and quality.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts using tools like HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis Tosca, or JIRA.
- Coordinate test data preparation, test environment setup, and defect management.
- Monitor test execution, track progress, and report test metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, audit requirements, and risk mitigation practices.
- Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvement in testing processes.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance feedback to testing teams.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in SAP testing, with at least 5 years in a test management role.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, business processes, and integration points.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA testing and migration projects.
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Preferred Certifications:
- ISTQB Certified Test Manager
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA
- Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) – optional but beneficial
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $145,000 base per year
Pay Range Maximum: $250,000 base per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
