Join a leading financial organization and take a key role in leading and advancing its QA Automation domain. As a QA Automation Team Lead, you will lead automation activities across complex systems, drive testing projects end-to-end, and play a central role in implementing AI-driven solutions to improve and innovate automation processes.
We are looking for an experienced automation professional with a strong development background, hands-on expertise across UI, Mobile, API, and Performance testing, and proven experience implementing AI solutions within automation processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage QA Automation activities and define automation work plans
- Take ownership of automated testing across development and production environments
- Lead UI, Mobile, REST API, and Performance automation testing
- Work with Microservices-based and distributed architectures
- Lead projects from the automation and testing perspective
- Drive the implementation and adoption of AI solutions within automation processes
- Build and develop AI-driven testing capabilities from the ground up
- Promote technological innovation and continuously improve automation processes, tools, and methodologies
- Collaborate with development teams and multiple stakeholders across the organization
- Drive execution while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and reliability
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience – Must
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience – Must; Java is preferred
- Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions within automation processes – Must
- Experience with UI test automation – Must; Playwright is an advantage
- Experience with Mobile Automation using Appium – Must
- Experience with REST API testing – Must
- Experience with CI/CD processes – Must; Azure DevOps is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with performance and load testing using JMeter – Must
- Experience leading projects from the QA Automation and testing perspective – Must
- Experience working with Microservices and distributed architectures
- Experience with Git and modern software development methodologies
- Experience building and leading AI-based automation solutions from scratch within an organization – Significant advantage
- Experience working with senior management – Advantage
- Experience driving employees and stakeholders in a matrix environment – Advantage
- Strong system-level thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strategic and innovative mindset, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to independently learn and adopt new technologies
