What You'll Do
As a Sr Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:
- Conduct quality assurance reviews across Compliance functions, including KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and other operational processes as required by the business.
- Assess adherence to internal procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify quality gaps, analyse performance trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare QA reports and provide actionable feedback to Team Leads and Department Heads to support continuous improvement.
- Partner with key stakeholders to optimise processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Review and resolve disputes related to QA evaluations in a fair, objective, and transparent manner.
- Escalate risks, incidents, and control weaknesses to ensure timely resolution and regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, or a related field.
- Good understanding of AML regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in both English and Lithuanian.
