Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead overall QA operations and manage sewing, finishing, and QA teams to achieve KPIs.
- Maintain quality standards and coordinate with production teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure PPS and bulk approvals meet tech pack and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with development and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Implement quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production processes, audits, training, and team performance.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time shipment.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Skills Required: Quality Control Audit/ Inspect, Quality Management System, Quality assurance and control, Communication and interpersonal skill, Cross-functional Collaboration, Hardworking and Passionate. Punctual, QA team leadership
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 12 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments
Additional Requirements
- Quality management certifications such as Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor can be added as advantages.
