Senior Quality Analyst, Claims Jobs in Alaska at Providence
This Country Quality Site Compliance Manager position is with Kysor-Warren Epta, part of the global Epta Group, located in Columbus, Georgia. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring document and audit compliance, driving ISO certification initiatives, and enhancing our quality management systems. Your contribution:
Rebuild and maintain the company’s Document Management System (DMS) to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and compliance.
Create and manage controlled documents for critical processes, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Establish and oversee document control and approval workflows.
Lead the internal audit program to verify adherence to internal procedures and external regulations.
Facilitate external audits and drive the process for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certification.
Document standard business practices, including process mapping and procedure development.
Publish and maintain QA and EHS procedures and related quality documentation.
Implement standardized reporting formats, KPIs, and work instructions across teams.
Coordinate with quality and cross-functional teams to identify root causes and corrective actions related to non-conformities.
Analyze quality data and lead product improvement initiatives for measurable results.
Support management through tracking of quality records and maintaining audit readiness.
Serve as the primary contact for external audits and lead internal DMS audits.
Promote a culture of quality by sharing best practices across teams.
Identify, procure or design testing equipment to evaluate product field performance.
Your journey:
You thrive in structured environments, enjoy process documentation, and have a passion for quality systems and compliance. Additionally, you bring the following:
A college degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
OR a high school diploma/GED and 5+ years of related experience.
Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex processes and procedures clearly.
Excellent organizational skills, high energy, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Basic computer proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
