About the Role
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our AI personal replicas. You will lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks, mentor junior team members, and ensure our products meet the highest standards before release. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining our QA processes and driving efficiency across the development lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and identify potential issues early in the development process.
Lead the implementation of automated testing for functionality, performance, and security of our applications.
Conduct regression testing and maintain test documentation to track defects and improvements.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices for automated and manual testing.
Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes.
Participate in team meetings and provide strategic insights on product quality and testing strategies.
Technical Requirements
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automated testing.
Expertise in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes.
Experience with AI/ML products is a huge plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
