We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality efforts across our product lifecycle—from requirements gathering through release. About the Role
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will work closely with our development, product, and design teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly software. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans and cases, identify and track bugs, and play a key role in defining and improving QA processes. Your work will directly contribute to our product excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements and user stories
Execute manual testing for mobile applications and web-based platforms to validate new features and regression scenarios
Accurately report, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ClickUp
Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and provide a QA perspective during planning sessions
Utilize test case management tools like TestRail to organize and manage testing efforts
Lead cross-functional QA efforts for product releases, ensuring timelines are met without compromising on quality
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and strategies
Work independently in a supportive team environment, ensuring high accountability and communication
(Optional but valuable) Provide support for automation efforts and collaborate with automation engineers to extend test coverage
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
Strong background in mobile app testing on both iOS and Android platforms
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written—able to clearly articulate QA findings and concerns
Deep understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and software development practices
Proficient in writing detailed test documentation: test plans, test cases, test scripts, and bug reports
Hands-on experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
Solid experience using bug tracking systems like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ClickUp
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly preferred
Experience or familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is a plus, but not mandatory
