Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior QA and System Support Engineer to manage quality assurance processes and provide system support for our enterprise platforms. This role involves monitoring an in-house ticketing system, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a seamless experience with Google Workspace. A strong background in Agile methodologies, problem-solving skills, and experience in test automation are preferred. Knowledge of complex MySQL queries is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage an in-house ticketing system, ensuring issues are tracked, communicated, and resolved efficiently.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, and Operations) to troubleshoot and resolve system challenges.
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and collaborate on long-term fixes.
Document processes, testing strategies, and solutions to enhance internal knowledge sharing.
Contribute to Agile development cycles by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Analyze system performance and suggest improvements for stability and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in QA and system support roles.
Experience with in-house or custom ticketing systems for issue tracking.
Experience with Google Workspace administration and support.
Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
