We are seeking a skilled Software Testing and Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for ensuring the functionality, usability, and quality of software solutions from a Functional Analyst, visual, and user experience perspective. This role involves supporting testing processes, preparing test cases and plans, and drafting comprehensive test documentation. Additionally, the position requires experience in developing user documentation and training materials, as well as occasionally facilitating training sessions.
Duties and responsibilities:
Conduct functional, visual, and user experience testing of software solutions
Prepare and execute test cases and detailed test plans
Perform Negative, Positive, Functional, and Non-Functional testing
Draft and maintain test documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Develop user documentation and training materials
Deliver training sessions to end-users when necessary
Provide test support during various project phases
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Relevant certifications (beneficial)
5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Proven expertise in functional, non-functional, positive, and negative testing
Strong experience in preparing and executing test cases and test plans
Experience developing user documentation and training material
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver training sessions when required
