Senior Quality Control Inspector Jobs in Irvine, CA at Thales
Position Details:
Complete numerous Class A & B building inspections in and around the DMV area which will include Aberdeen, Maryland, using company preferred software system.
Inspection of building locations: including restroom, hallways, office space, lobby, stairwells, elevators etc. to ensure cleanliness of the area.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, generate proper emails internally and to clients.
Builds and maintains relationships among staff and clients.
Build floor plans, barcode set-up and work order implementation for on-site supervisors and managers.
Travel to different building locations within DMV, Maryland. (Aberdeen, Maryland Inspection visits one (1) time per month).
Communicate directly to onsite custodial staff, including Project Managers and/or building clients.
Job Locations: DMV.
Salary: Upon Request.
Must have reliable means of transportation.
Training and Development is provided, ranging from Green Sustainable and Safe Cleaning Methods, Clean Telligent online software platform, Inspection and client interaction and follow-ups (via email and phone call). Additional training as needed.
Requirements & Experience:
Quality inspection: 1 year (Preferred).
Knowledge of tools and methods associated with Quality Control.
Attention to detail.
Excellent in organization and planning.
Proven track record in an Assistant Manager Role.
Clean driving and criminal history record
Ability to commute:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
