Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the inspection department, ensuring all processes meet stringent quality standards.
– Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to perform precise inspections.
– Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation and reports.
– Train and mentor junior inspectors, promoting best practices and adherence to quality protocols.
– Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement.
Skills, Experience, and
Education:
– Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
– Knowledge/Expertise:
Proven experience in quality inspection within a machining environment, with proficiency in CMM programming.
