Job Purpose:
The Senior Specialist – Project Management, Logistics & Supply Chain is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of logistics and supply chain operations related to major projects. This role will ensure efficient, cost-effective, and on-time delivery of goods and services, aligning with project goals and timelines. The position requires a strong focus on stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and performance optimization within logistics and supply chain activities.
Job Responsibilities (Organizational):
Lead logistics and supply chain management across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones and objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive logistics plans that address the procurement, storage, transportation, and distribution of materials and resources.
Collaborate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of materials and services.
Oversee the inventory management process to minimize shortages or excess stock, optimizing costs and ensuring project schedules are maintained.
Provide project management expertise in supply chain disruptions, ensuring issues are identified and resolved quickly.
Prepare and monitor project budgets related to logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring costs are tracked and adhered to.
Monitor vendor and supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and project requirements.
Implement and enforce supply chain standards and procedures to maintain efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Coordinate the logistics of specialized equipment and materials for construction, ensuring all resources are available as needed.
Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate supply chain disruptions and delays.

Job Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, logistics, and supply chain management, preferably within large-scale construction projects or the real estate sector.
Strong experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
Familiarity with project management tools and supply chain management software.
Job Requirements (Skills):
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics strategies, and project management methodologies.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of local and international logistics regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
