We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our growing QA team. This fully remote role is ideal for a senior professional who takes ownership of testing processes, ensures product quality, and collaborates closely with development teams.
Location: Remote (Applicants must reside in Australia)
Work Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate or flexible
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases
Conduct manual and automated testing across multiple platforms
Lead defect tracking, reporting, and resolution
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and PMs to clarify requirements and improve quality
Mentor junior testers and provide quality insights
Ensure full test coverage through exploratory and regression testing
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA frameworks and processes
Ideal Candidate:
✔ 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
✔ Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile environments
✔ Proficient with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, etc.
✔ Familiarity with API testing, performance testing, and automation frameworks
✔ Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
✔ ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus
