Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops a comprehensive test plan and test strategy based on business requirements and system functionalities
Reviews comprehensiveness of the test scripts developed by SQA Analyst
Ensures that all required documents are signed off prior to testing execution and change implementation
Performs acceptance testing and ensures that defined metrics are achieved
Monitors testing progress and provides appropriate status report to the project team
Ensures accuracy and completeness of individual task/project reporting
Ensures accuracy and completeness of test execution
Ensures accuracy and completeness of root cause and postmortem analyses and timely implementation of action plans
Analyzes the validity and criticality of raised systems/process issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
Ensures compliance and recommends improvements to testing standards and processes
Supports the delivery of quality improvements, operational efficiencies and cost savings through the implementation of Testing Center of Excellence towards having the best-in-class mature testing practice for business stakeholders and the organization –capability building on Test Automation, Test Management, Performance Testing, Quality Management, Test Data and Test Environment Management.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree holder – preferably in Computer Science, IT or any related course.
Experience:
At least 3 to 4 years’ experience in IT related activities
