Are you passionate about ensuring quality and reliability in ServiceNow implementations? We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tester to join our growing team and play a key role in validating enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT Testing of ServiceNow applications.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business requirements.
- Validate ServiceNow configurations, workflows, catalogs, forms, and custom applications.
- Test integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects to ensure high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support UAT activities and production validation.
- Prepare test reports and quality metrics for project stakeholders.
Required Skills
✅ 4+ years of Testing experience with strong exposure to ServiceNow
✅ Hands-on experience in:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Integration Testing
- System Testing
- UAT Testing
- Defect Management
✅ Experience testing ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Catalog
- Knowledge Management
- CMDB
✅ Integration Testing experience:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- Postman
- JSON/XML Validation
✅ Basic to Intermediate SQL knowledge for data validation and backend testing.
Good to Have
- ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Selenium or other test automation tools
- ServiceNow CSA Certification
- ITIL Knowledge
- Agile/Scrum Experience
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
