Are you an experienced site professional with a passion for quality, coordination, and offshore excellence? We’re looking for a Site Manager to lead and supervise subsea coating activities in a fabrication yard environment.
As the key on-site representative, you’ll ensure operations run smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with project specs and HSE standards.
Your Responsibilities:
Supervision & Coordination
Monitor all subsea coating activities at the yard, ensuring alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
Serve as the on-site interface between the project team and the coating contractor.
Lead daily/weekly coordination meetings and provide critical updates on progress, risks, and concerns.
HSE & Quality Compliance
Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations and quality assurance procedures.
Review and verify key documents: ITPs, method statements, and coating procedures.
Identify and report non-conformities, ensuring prompt resolution.
Reporting & Documentation
Track production, material availability, and contractor deployment.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure inspection activities are properly carried out and recorded.
Provide regular reports to the Project Management Team and ensure proper close-out of all coating scope activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
10+ years of experience in site supervision, including 5+ years in subsea coating or similar offshore scopes.
Strong background in contractor yard oversight for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Expertise:
Deep knowledge of coating systems and relevant international standards.
Solid grasp of HSE best practices and QA/QC procedures in fabrication environments.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communicator and team player.
Proactive, detail-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
