What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire your team to drive continuous quality improvement.
Establish clear goals and objectives to measure success.
Manage recruitment, training, and development of quality engineers and staff.
Drive cost reductions and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience in high technology manufacturing, ideally in the compute and network server/rack industry.
6+ years of relevant experience in a quality role or equivalent external work experience.
5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, with a proven track record of driving improvements in quality and operations.
Strong background in ISO-9000 or similar, including ground-up implementation experience.
Demonstrated success in defining and changing quality culture in production environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
