Job Description
The Business Development Manager for Eastern Europe will focus on expanding CODADA's client base by establishing and nurturing relationships with producers and manufacturers. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and promote CODADA’s services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of the Eastern European market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Eastern European market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with producers and manufacturers.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Present CODADA’s services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in Eastern Europe.
- Strong network of contacts within the producer and manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
