About the role
Responsibilities
Manual testing of mobile app and web portal
Conduct regular regression testing for product releases
Assist with onboarding and platform maintenance of clients
Assist with the collaboration across departments to deliver business value and assist with the coordination of Product Development Projects
Work closely with Product and Engineering Teams to ensure product requirements are met in the testing stage.
Participate in product quality assurance to identify and triage bugs
Required Skills
B.S or B.A in any relevant field
Preferably 3+ years of experience in QA field
Detail-oriented, organized, and diligent with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve open-ended problems
Understanding of QA best practices and QA concepts
Expertise in mobile and web testing on both iOS and Android platforms
Proficiency in using Postman for backend API testing
Knowledge of mobile performance testing, including CPU and memory profiling
Experience with manual web performance testing
Strong skills in writing detailed and clear test cases and documentation
Proficiency in planning and executing comprehensive regression test suites
Knowledge of Aha! for project management is a plus
