👥 Your role in the team
- In this key role, you are responsible for the strategic definition, optimization, and monitoring of our quality management processes.
- Strategic QA Leadership: You establish modern QA standards and significantly shape the quality culture within our agile development teams.
- End-to-End Quality Assurance: You are responsible for the stability and performance of our loyalty apps, which are already used by millions of active users.
- Test Automation: You design, maintain, and expand automated test suites for web and mobile platforms (functionality, load, and security).
- Release Management: By coordinating the testing processes, you ensure a smooth integration of new features into the ongoing operation.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Together with Product Owners and the Development Team, you conduct regular audits of the QA pipelines and proactively contribute optimization suggestions.

Qualifications
- Tech Stack: Proficient in UI test automation frameworks (especially Selenium and/or Appium).
- Methodology: Familiarity with BDD (Gherkin syntax) as well as solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Communication: Very good German and excellent English skills for collaboration in our international environment.
- Legal: An unrestricted valid work permit for Austria.
Qualifications
- Expertise: Several years of solid experience in software quality assurance as well as a profound understanding of modern software development processes.
- Coding: Practical knowledge of JavaScript and Python; experience with React Native in the mobile context is a big plus.
🎁 What we offer
- The gross annual salary for this position ranges between €50,000 and €75,000 (full-time).
- Depending on the relevant seniority and proven expertise, there is a willingness to pay above the standard.
