Your Impact
As a Quality Assurance engineer, you will perform software testing tasks as a testing resource along with managing the execution of test efforts, implements test automation strategy, communicates on status, issues, objectives, and initiatives. Strives to continually learn and understand latest software testing methodologies and tools to ensure a high level of expertise.
What The Role Offers
Understand requirements.
Prepare / Update test cases based on the requirements
Create Test Data and Execute Test Cases.
Report test results / metrics
Track Defects to Closure
Co-ordinate / discuss with developers/stakeholders as required
Ensure on-time delivery with quality
Cross team coordination.
Develop/maintain test automation scripts
What You Will Need To Succeed
5+ years of enterprise product testing experience
Excellent hands-on experience in Manual and Automated testing for Web, Desktop, Microsoft office & Mobile applications
Experience with automated tools like Playwright/Selenium
Exposure to windows desktop application automation is an advantage
Excellent in development and execution of test scripts
Excellent understanding of REST/Soap API testing using tools like Fiddler, SoapUI or Others
Excellent understanding of automated frameworks & techniques like Specflow, NUnit, and Microsoft UI Test framework like Playwright/Selenium
Knowledge of web servers like IIS/Tomcat/WebSphere would be plus
Working knowledge in Agile/Scrum environment
Knowledge on performance & security testing
Documenting test results and test reports
Good communication skills
Experience/knowledge of Restful API and testing using postman & frameworks like rest assured are strongly preferred
Familiarity with JS Jasmine testing, Familiarity with Gitlab/Teamcity or other CI Server
Knowledge of .NET Framework (C#), .NET Core, Python
Good knowledge in with Typescript, Javascript, HTML5, CSS/CSS3 to identify and add the unit tests for the uncovered code
Experience with Dockers and related containerization technology, Kubernetes or related orchestration software, Helm
Knowledge of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform is a plus
