Zion Motors is looking for a Parts Procurement / Quality Control Specialist to help keep our fast-paced, high-volume shop running smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Order and source parts quickly and accurately from trusted vendors
Track deliveries, manage inventory, and maintain ideal stock levels
Inspect incoming parts for accuracy, quality, and damage
Perform quality control checks on completed vehicle repairs to ensure all work meets Zion Motors’ high standards before returning vehicles to customers
Communicate effectively with technicians and service advisors
Handle returns, core exchanges, and warranty claims
Maintain a clean, organized parts and QC area
Shuttle customers to and from the shop when needed
Monitor part costs and suggest cost-saving strategies
Answer phones and assist customers when needed
Be able to step in and cover for service writers in a pinch
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in parts procurement, QC, or automotive service preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of automotive systems and parts is a must
Strong communication skills—both in-person and on the phone
Comfortable using computers and shop software (we’ll train the right person)
Reliable, flexible, and able to multitask in a busy environment
Team player who’s willing to jump in wherever needed
