Main Activities

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities Will Include

Supplier Control

Manage and perform all activities for Supplier Approval, Couple Compliance & Surveillance in scope:

  • Supplier Control Reviews, supplier approval and Couple Compliance declaration
  • Product/service in the frame of Supplier Couple Compliance and/or recovery actions
  • Follow up on all standard Airbus tools in accordance with GP and Airbus policy, processes and procedures including but not limited to M20556 / M20193 / M20690 / A2135…
  • All related supplier quality data recording up to date
  • Interface with Aviation Regulations, gap analysis & action plans follow-up
  • Maintenance of updated Supplier lists entering in AIRBUS POA scope (to be done in relationships with local stakeholders : buyers and internal requesters)
  • Verify that the Quality Assurance Plan continuously meets Airbus requirements
  • Perform and support process audit at Supplier Site for Couple Compliance purpose as per Airbus process and manual, such as M20193 and M20690
  • Support Supplier Approval, Couple Compliance & Surveillance locally for other POA/DOA scope than the one you are responsible for as “Involved Quality People” role defined in Airbus process and manual, such as M2589
  • Support EASA audits performed in China
  • Ensure local quality & buyer activities impacting SCQM are communicated efficiently in order to define & action any relevant activities arising from “local” decisions, issues, activities, or international commodities contracted in local area
  • Support Supplier CID (Correct Improve and Develop) missions or interface them with the organization in charge of Improvement Activities at Suppliers as a result of conducting scheduled Supplier Control Reviews, in line with GP strategy
  • Manage defined periodic reviews or exceptional ones with Airbus organizations (Procurement – Manufacturing, Plants and Programs) and relevant stakeholders (e.g. Internal Customers & local or international Aviation Regulations) to review Supplier Quality Assurance and Compliance to Airbus business requirements (including external referential e.g. EN9100…)
  • Ensure supplier quality data is maintained fully up to date in the appropriate tools and available for both internal and external stakeholders including Aviation Regulations

Supplier Selection

Application of GP Supply Chain Performance supplier selection process including:

  • Application of standardized risk prioritization methodology to commodity procurement plans in order to define appropriate level of Supply Chain Performance involvement in call for tenders(by risk and spend)
  • Evaluation of suppliers for adherence to Supply Chain quality requirements either through standard assessments (onsite or other)
  • Completion of Supply Chain Performance selection report including ranking, evaluation results, previous performance and supplier risk analysis
  • Coordination with SCQM, POA/DOA Supplier Control for aircraft related activities to ensure compliance to EASA requirements and ASRs (Airbus Supplier Requirements)

Supplier Performance Management

  • Support definition and implement the SCQ strategy and dashboard for the sub-commodity
  • Propose relevant set of performance KPIs to the internal requesters expressing an operational need through a written specification
  • Ensure OTD and OQD performance indicators of sub-commodity suppliers and implement
  • Regular monitoring of supplier delivery and quality performance. Launch of appropriate activities to correct deterioration in performance(CID)
  • Perform supplier delivery and quality performance reviews with high risk / strategic suppliers
  • Perform or coordinate supplier assessments to evaluate supplier capability/capacity
  • Management of supplier action plans following assessments, recoveries or improvement missions
  • Support annual supplier rating campaign (SED) by providing appropriate Quality and Logistics KPIs
  • Contribute in the definition of Strategic Suppliers Segmentation

Supplier Risk Management

  • Manage, identify and mitigate risk at supplier level by performing on-site capability assessments (ESCCA+…)
  • Manage the specific internal customer work package risk and ensure the prioritization of mitigating actions through CID or Supplier improvements plans

Supplier Development and Improvement Management

  • Enhance supplier relationships by supporting them in building robustness in their Supply Chain and conduct the creation of Continuous Improvement plans or road-maps.
  • Improve supplier performance through implementing advanced actions
  • Define and lead the Supply Chain & Quality Improvement Program in line with GP commodities’ Strategy & Objectives.
  • Liaise, where necessary, with others Supply Chain and Quality Managers (SCQM) to define further activity required at supplier site (Correct, Improve or Develop)
  • Propose, define and launch improvement plans with Suppliers in scope to continuously improve suppliers’ performances and/or capability and perform all official duties as required

QUALIFICATION

As The Successful Candidate, You Are Supposed To

Have Bachelor degree in business, procurement or supply chain

Have Quality and/or Lean Management experience

Have experience working in MNC and 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement

Speak, write and read both English and Chinese fluently

Justify a good knowledge of IT tools and data analytics, such as google suites, SAP, etc.

Be self motivated and able to proactively engage in complex projects

Be a good facilitator, a good listener, and customer-oriented person

Be recognized for your leadership and excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to motivate and influence multi-functional teams
