Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure proper inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and health & safety standards (HSE).
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery.
- Oversee warehouse layout optimization and ensure proper use of storage space and material handling equipment.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs (accuracy, lead time, stock turnover, etc.) to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality assurance, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare warehouse activity and performance reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years of work experience in warehouse/supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and material handling systems.
- Certified in Supply Chain Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and accuracy-driven.
- Knowledgeable about HSE regulations and capable of implementing them in a warehouse environment.
