Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong background in supply chain management and supplier quality assurance. Bilingual candidates are mandatory. Candidates with experience in the automobile or aerospace industry are highly preferred.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a supplier-facing role, in aerospace or aeronautics
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001
- Full bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written
- Prior work experience at client or in client’s industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with SAP, Client 365, Google Suite, Power BI
- Inventory management skills
- Supplier relationship management and workload analysis
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Central coordination role between buyers and the supply chain team
- Focus on supplier performance management, quality compliance, and continuous improvement
- Provide supplier feedback to buyers during tendering processes
- Manage supply chain and quality-related contract aspects
- Oversee supplier quality approvals and report on operational performance (quality, lead times, costs)
- Initiate and monitor recovery plans and improvement projects with suppliers
- Identify supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions
- Assess supplier capacity and performance
- Monitor new product introductions and work transfers to ensure industrial readiness
- Track supplier KPIs and develop action plans
- Lead business reviews with suppliers
