• Alandalus Property is a leading company in the field of investment, development and operation of commercial income-generating properties throughout the Kingdom. The main activity of the company is currently concentrated in:

1. Retail properties including commercial centers and Community shopping centers.

2. Hospitality.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Provide technical support, and quality assurance/control while analyzing network and computer communications hardware characteristics and recommend equipment procurement, removals, and modification

Incident Management

Log, track, and document all support requests in the helpdesk ticketing system.

Prioritize and manage support tickets based on urgency and impact.

Ensure timely resolution of incidents and provide regular updates to users.

Installation & Maintenance :

Computer assembling and maintenance.

Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.

Maintenance of IT network (LAN and WAN) and system security.

Add, delete, and modify; as required, host, terminal, and network devices including specialized interconnecting cables as needed.

Perform regular preventive maintenance on systems, hardware, and software to reduce downtime.

Update systems with the latest patches, firmware, and software versions to ensure smooth operation.

Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment, ensuring systems are upgraded and replaced as necessary.

Security, Administration & Disaster Recovery:

Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and data protection

Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures, such as managing user access controls and monitoring for potential security threats.

Ensure that all systems comply with company security policies and best practices.

Monitor End users antivirus software, and other security tools.

Assist with restoration of systems and data during incidents like hardware failure or system crashes.

Educate users on IT best practices, including password security and data protection

Documentation & Reporting:

Update and maintain asset inventory for hardware and software licenses.

Document any changes made to the IT infrastructure, such as network upgrades, software patches, or hardware replacements.

Document access controls for different users or departments, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive systems.

Track the lifecycle of hardware and software to plan for upgrades, replacements, or license renewals

Document all incidents, including problem descriptions, steps taken, and resolutions, within the helpdesk ticketing system
