Our leading Financial Services client is looking for a Test Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have substantial professional experience in retail banking and mortgages. The client is based in Dublin and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and oversee UAT strategies and test plans to ensure they align with business requirements and operational processes
Lead and coordinate UAT sessions with business stakeholders to validate the functionality and performance of new or updated systems.
Manage a team of UAT testers, providing guidance and support in test case creation, execution, and issue resolution.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure thorough understanding and coverage of all business scenarios.
Ensure all testing activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements specific to the financial sector.
Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the project team to ensure transparency and alignment on UAT progress and outcomes.
Essential Experience:
Proven experience as a UAT Test Lead, specifically within the financial services industry
Strong understanding of banking operations, mortgage lending processes, and the associated regulatory environment.
Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experienced in leading teams, and managing testing schedules and deliverables.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
