- Should be flexible to take on assignments in different properties of RLC Residences (within Metro Manila and Rizal areas)
Job Description
- serves as the representative of RLC during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer.
- S/he is responsible in ensuring that the unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in.
- S/he also assists in the preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover such as, but not limited to the inspection of units and common areas.
