JOB DESCRIPTION
Warehouse
· Support all efforts related to warehouse control, inventory and shipping.
· Preparation of finished goods: duffel bag preparation and inserting product literature. applying product labels, and pre-shipment product testing.
· Preparation of shipping materials, including assembly of boxes.
· Shipping of finished goods.
· Warehouse maintenance: breaking down boxes, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, discarding trash.
Product Testing
· Observe and monitor vendor production operations to ensure product conformance to specifications.
· Perform incoming & outgoing quality control inspection tests for products & components to determine conformance with specifications.
· Correspond with quality, operations, accounting & customer service regarding IQC & OQC results.
· Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
· Discuss inspection and test results with operations, sales, and customer service personnel
· Utilize standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges and test rigs
· Ensures calibration of instruments/equipment and maintains supporting documentation.
· Works under direct supervision and in accordance with company’s quality management system procedures.
· Sources product components, per approved specifications, and warehouse supplies.
· Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.

- Experience in visually checking quality or physically testing a product for its intended use and make sure it performs up to the manufacturer’s specifications.

- Adaptable to quickly evolving work environment.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
- Degree in science or engineering, technical degree, or 2+ years of experience in medical device support experience.
- Experience with test instruments, calibration, and documentation of test results.
- A work style of hands-on involvement with all phases of projects.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, initiate, and drive projects to completion.
- Ability to work effectively in team situations as well as independently.
- Warehousing experience preferred, a plus with Medical device company.
JOB ENVIRONMENT
1. Primarily warehouse environment
2. Most time requires physical labor.
3. Some time spent sitting at computer workstation.
4. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs, push up to 100 lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $19.75 per hour
