Your Responsibilities

Conduct routine services for current clients, including testing and analyzing water samples, assessing systems, and fine-tuning equipment.

Independently schedule and organize service calls for maximum efficiency.

Address diverse and unique customer issues through careful analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving.

Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and consultant.

Secure orders or contracts for services offered.

Work autonomously while exercising sound judgment and discretion.

Continually expand your knowledge on water treatment systems, methodologies, and chemistry.

Collaborate with clients, Service and Water Quality Engineers, and the Service Manager.

Required Experience

Background in engineering, chemistry, water treatment, or similar fields.

Previous experience in a water treatment or HVAC environment is highly desirable.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

A college degree is preferred; however, substantial relevant work experience and knowledge through practical instruction can be considered in lieu of a degree.

Strong communication, organizational capabilities, and intrinsic motivation are essential.

Completion of Human Performance Evaluation (HPE), Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and Drug Screening is mandatory.

Must be physically able to travel to customer locations for extended durations, frequently walk to client sites, ascend stairs or ladders, and handle chemicals while utilizing appropriate PPE.

Willingness to work in varied environmental conditions, such as both hot and cold temperatures, with exposure to chemicals and noise, while adhering to PPE guidelines.
