该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities 1、负责供应商管理及来料质量提升。 Be responsible for supplier management and incoming material quality improvement. 2、负责建立材料IMDS及CAMDS数据库，对有害物质进行管理以满足中高端客户的需求。 Be responsible for establishing IMDS and CAMDS material databases, managing hazardous substances to meet the quality and compliance requirements of mid-to-high-end customers. 3、负责组织专项会议，重点协调各方资源，推动计划进展，从而提升现场质量。 Be responsible for organizing special quality meetings, coordinating resources from all parties, promoting the progress of quality improvement plans, and improving on-site product quality. 4、负责收集归档集团各类质量问题数据，并进行处理和分析。 Be responsible for collecting, filing, processing and analyzing all types of quality problem data of the group. 5、负责对整个集团过程质量管理的策划、监督、评审和协调工作。 Be responsible for the planning, supervision, review and coordination of process quality management for the entire group. 6、负责对整个集团的重大质量问题进行专项改善，降低产品不良率。 Be responsible for carrying out special improvement projects for major quality problems of the group to reduce product defect rate. 7、负责针对质量问题组织制订纠正、预防和改进措施，并跟踪验证。 Be responsible for formulating correction, prevention and continuous improvement measures for quality problems, and conducting follow-up verification of implementation effects. 8、负责制订集团各单位的质量考核指标，并跟踪结果。 Be responsible for formulating quality assessment indicators for each business unit of the group and tracking the assessment results. 9、负责定期对集团现场质量运行情况进行审核，提出建议。 Be responsible for regularly auditing the on-site quality operation status of the group and putting forward optimization suggestions. 10、负责集团涉及质量管控的流程或者制度的建立以及完善。 Be responsible for establishing and optimizing the quality management processes and systems of the group. 11、负责及时处理客户重大投诉及索赔事宜,监督并确保服务质量及顾客的满意度。 Be responsible for timely handling major customer complaints and claims, supervising and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. 12、对集团内外部发生的共性质量问题进行横展。 Be responsible for horizontally promoting and replicating improvement solutions for common internal and external quality problems across the group. 13、负责编制、审核 8D 报告。 Be responsible for compiling and auditing 8D quality improvement reports. 14、负责完成上级部门交办的工作及其他单位要求配合的事项。 Complete other work assigned by superiors and cooperate with relevant departments on related affairs.
