- Create control plan according to product and customer requirement.
- Evaluate new samples acquired from suppliers to First Article inpection submission to customers.
- Verify Non-Conforming Goods to allow RTV items, incoming goods or stock items .
- TC-HOLD for any non-conforming prodcut and monittor the TC-HOLD dispose.
- To attend the MRB Meeting.
- Assume the role of Internal Quality Auditor, as and when assigned by the QMR.
- Train new/existing QA inspector according to job requirement. 8. analysis and dispose customer quality complaint. 9. take corrective action to prevent customer complaint Experience Required:
- At least 3 years relevant experience in QA or SQE environment. Skills Required:
- Preferably to be able to understand Sampling Plan.
- Knowledge with the capabilities in using general measurement equipment e.g. Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Pin Gage and Height Gage.
- Good knowledge for quality system.
- Knowledge with SPC,MSA, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, PPAP
Qualification Required
Diploma/
Degree in Engineering.
