该职位来源于猎聘 工作目标 Objectives: 1. 确保产品质量，把零缺陷作为目标； Ensure the product quality, set zero defect as target; 2. 依照ISO9001的标准，维持一个稳定高效的过程质量管理系统。 Maintain a stable and high-efficiency management System according to ISO9001. 工作任务 Tasks: 1. 处理日常发生的质量问题； Deal with daily quality issue; 2. 制作内外部PPAP文件； Compile in-/ external PPAP documents; 3. SMA的跟踪和确认； SMA follow up and verify; 4. 内部8D报告和问题解决； Internal 8D report and problem solving; 5. 出货产品不良的处理； Deal with out-going defects; 6. 执行和开发预防性项目来减少缺陷。 Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality control areas. 7. 上级安排的其他工作； Some other tasks from supervisor; 岗位要求 Requirements： 1. 机械、电子，材料或相关专业本科以上学历，三年以上新产品开发，导入质量管理和可制造性分析相关工作经验 Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, electronic, materials or related fields, with more than three years of relevant quality experience in new product development, introduction and manufacturability analysis 2. 与其他部门（如 生产，工程，物流）的良好合作能力； Good cooperation with other departments like application or production engineering, (Team player); 3. 熟悉质量工具的应用例如DFM， DFMEA, PFMEA,MSA,PPAP,SPC,统计过程学和制程能力分析 Proficient in quality tools such as DFM， DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, statistical methods and capability studies. 4. 良好的英语书面和口头表达能力，熟练操作计算机 Good English both in oral and written and good presentation skills, strong communication skills
