Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures:

  • Provide input and implement policies, systems, and procedures for the assigned team to ensure compliance with procedural requirements and organizational values.
  • Demonstrate adherence to the organization's values and ethics to foster a value-driven culture within the team and across the organization.

Project Planning & Resource Management:

  • Work with the PMs to adhere to the planning process by establishing project plans, status updates, stakeholder engagement plans, and measurable deliverables.
  • Prepare project schedules and actionable plans to facilitate effective project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely project completion within budget constraints and available resources.

Project Management:

  • Implement project management plans, processes, and methodologies to ensure efficient and successful achievement of project objectives.
  • Evaluate project efforts during demand management stages, facilitating project planning and decision-making processes.
  • Adhere to PMO governance practices to establish and maintain effective alignment among project stakeholders.
  • Execute document management activities to ensure accurate and organized project documentation throughout project lifecycles.
  • Implement changes or variations to project scope effectively, ensuring timely adjustment to changing requirements while meeting client expectations.
  • Facilitate efficient handover of projects by collaborating with stakeholders and conducting lessons-learned exercises to aid in smooth project transitions.

Project Risk Assessment and Quality Assurance:

  • Contribute to the implementation of corporate policies and procedures to promote a culture focusing on risk management, quality, health, safety, and business continuity.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, establishing proactive measures to minimize disruptions and enhance project success.
  • Escalate unresolved risks to senior management and develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans as necessary. ▪ Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Create project dashboards to monitor and track project quality and performance, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records to demonstrate compliance and support audit processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance project performance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the project representative to internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns or issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Generate regular status reports on project milestones, risks, and challenges to ensure transparency and alignment with business requirements.
  • Ensure stakeholders are aligned with project specifications and goals to facilitate effective project execution.
  • Present project status updates in PMO meetings, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs in line with global standards
