Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Peterborough for a Continuous Improvement Manager. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for implementing business process improvement strategies, utilizing analytical skills to drive operational excellence, managing operations and leading process improvement initiatives.

Analytical Skills
Operational Excellence and Operations Management skills
Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
