The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂMarketing Documentation Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Â100% REMOTE** (details below).Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
**Candidates must be within driving distance to travel to Minneapolis/St. Paul to pick up equipment**
$35 – $37/hour, full-time, remote, 12-month assignment.
Data entry and QA on marketing materials: (brochures, presentations, videos.)
They upload the materials to the quality management system – update various teams who then make edits.
Will re-upload all the content back into the quality management system
Qualifications:
Quality documentation experience within the Medical Device industry is HIGHLY preferred.
Previous experience within Legal and/or Banking industry is also relevant.
Must have experience with heavy documentation review, a keen eye for detail, high volume of documentation, excellent proofreading skills.
Associate’s is required (bachelor’s preferred)
Must have 3+ years of experience
Strong written & verbal communication.
