Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with 4+ years in Guidewire Policy Center.
- Strong understanding of underwriting workflows, rating logic, and product configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire testing tools (GUnit, ITP) and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.
