Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Quality Inspector. Some training will be provided for candidates who possess strong attention to detail and good visual acuity.
Compensation & Schedule
* Hourly Pay: $20-23.00 per hour
* Position Type: Open to both Part-Time and Full-Time candidates
* Location: Fremont, CA (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
– Inspect printed circuit board assemblies for workmanship defects, missing components, or soldering issues using magnification tools.
– Verify part numbers and component placement against assembly specifications.
– Maintain accurate inspection logs and document any non-conforming parts or assembly errors.
– Collaborate with assembly operators and supervisors to resolve minor quality issues on the production floor.
– Adhere to all company safety guidelines and quality control standards.
Qualifications and Skills
– High school diploma or equivalent education.
– Excellent visual acuity and strong attention to detail to spot minor defects.
– Ability to read and understand customer Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical drawings is a strong plus.
– Basic computer skills to log inspection results and reports.
– Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
