Job Description:
For the QA/QC HVAC is extensive, Electrical detailed knowledge, and utility routing.
We want someone that knows the materials of construction well enough to read our specs and if there is a delay of material or escalation pricing, they can help suggest alternatives that meet the requirements and streamline any issues with quality in the field.
Strong engineering knowledge and background.
Focus on M.E.P. (Mechanical, Electric, Plumbing)
Field experience as installer, inspector, engineer, or trainer.
OSHA 500 certification.
10+ years of experience, preferably in the field.
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
Knowledge of building and construction codes, STL County, NECA, NFPA, SMANCA, IBC 2020, etc.
Ability to walk the projects and climb ladders.
Ability to coach and collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to lead and manage without being adversarial and divisive.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
