We are looking for a skilled QA Specialist to help ensure the quality of our software and maintain up-to-date, user-friendly documentation. You will play a key role in testing new features, identifying issues, and collaborating with developers to resolve them. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for documenting technical processes, creating user guides, and gradually acquiring key know-how from senior developers to help reduce team dependency.

Key Responsibilities
Create and execute test scenarios (manual, with gradual automation) for new product features.
Log and track bugs, and communicate with developers regarding priorities and fixes.
Collaborate in defining acceptance criteria early in the project lifecycle.
Maintain and organize project documentation (technical descriptions, user guides, internal wiki).
Gradually acquire and document knowledge from senior developers into accessible formats.
Prepare test data and simulate real-world user scenarios.
Participate in code reviews, focusing on functionality and clarity, ensuring adherence to standards.
Coordinate with the Delivery Manager for test planning and work with UI/UX designers to validate user flows.
Regularly review and update documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy after releases.
Establishes and maintains testing processes (manual and automated).
Writes and updates technical and user documentation (wikis, guides, architecture docs).
Reduces team dependency on a few individuals by documenting key knowledge from senior developers and architects.
You have:
Knowledge of testing methodologies (manual testing, test case design, regression testing; basic automation with tools like Selenium, Cypress, PHPUnit is a plus).
Basic programming/scripting knowledge (to understand code and create simple automation).
Strong documentation skills: writing technical documents, creating diagrams (UML, ERD), and managing wikis.
Experience with version control and ticketing tools (e.g., Git, GitLab, Confluence, Jira, or similar).
Attention to detail: QA and documentation demand precision, consistency, and a systematic approach to identifying issues.
Strong communication: Able to listen to senior developers and ask the right questions to accurately document complex knowledge.
Patience and perseverance: Capable of extracting knowledge from seniors through an iterative process.
Organizational skills: Able to prioritize and manage multiple small tasks, including writing test scenarios, updating wikis, and tracking bug fixes.
