Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Utilize measuring tools and equipment to assess product specifications and compliance.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for quality assurance purposes.
- Identify and report defects or non-conformities, and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in quality audits and assist in developing corrective action plans.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance quality control processes.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality control procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements is preferred.
