Responsibilities:
- Quality Inspection – Perform First Piece, In-process, and Final Inspections on springs or stamped parts for compliance with engineering drawings, customer requirements, and company specifications
- Read blueprints
- Use inspection equipment and gages
- Responsible for EHS (Env Health and Safety) reporting such as Regulatory Substance Compliance (REACH, ROHS, CMRT Reports)
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a part inspector in springs or metal forming
- Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading
- Familiar with EHS Compliance Reporting
- Able to use optical comparator, gages, micrometers, calipers, load testers, Rockwell testers, height gages, torque testers
- Familiar with ISO and AS9100 requirements
- Keyence experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
