Position Details:
– Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, with flexibility required for weekends and overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform raw material, in-process, and finished product quality control testing in the quality lab.
- Maintain accurate process control and capability data/charts, responding according to approved procedures.
- Ensure all written and computer records are accurately maintained.
- Follow preventative maintenance and calibration programs for lab instruments and equipment.
- Conduct quality audits and communicate results in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience in laboratory testing.
- Working knowledge of basic algebra, chemistry, statistics, and SPC.
- Mechanical aptitude and good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (including Lotus 123, DOS, and Windows).
