Quality Control Technician
Our client is seeking a Quality Control Technician for their 3rd shift team. This is your chance to grow your career at a fast-paced, successful manufacturer!
Responsibilities of the Quality Control Technician
- Perform visual inspections and accurate measurement of samples
- Accept or reject lots based on conformance to specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate data and records
- Communicate regularly with management and engineering
- Cross train to support other quality positions
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Quality Control Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior quality systems and procedures experience preferred
- Must be able to justify rejection decisions to production and quality supervision
- Familiar with parts and test equipment
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to perform repetitive inspection processes, bend, walk, and lift boxes of components
