This is an opportunity to lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to uphold rigorous standards for product safety, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality assurance systems and ensure ongoing compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and applicable regulations.
  • Manage CAPA processes, non-conformance investigations, and root cause analysis.
  • Lead internal and external audits, inspections, and related corrective actions.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the organization’s Quality Management System.
  • Partner with R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to support quality objectives.
  • Ensure product testing, records, and technical documentation meet established specifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality and process efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in quality management, preferably within a medical device, cosmetic, consumer health, or other regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems, CAPA, non-conformance investigations, and audits.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in the haircare, skincare, or consumer health product industries.
  • CQE, CQA, or another recognized quality certification.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers or global supply chains.
  • Familiarity with product testing, quality documentation, and regulatory submissions.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a growing organization.
